Mr. Yudhishthir Singh Rathore has a contemporary approach towards designing each project with a combined experience of 13 years in the hospitality industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Hotel Management catering technology and applied nutrition from Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Prior to establishing All Food Expertz, his experience includes years spent working and learning with 5 star hotels like Ananda in the Himalayas, Ista Hyderabad (Pre Opening), Ista Amritsar (Pre Opening), Taj Ummaid Bhawan Palace Jodhpur and as Executive Chef at Fine Dining Restaurant Malaka Spice Pune serving South East Asian inspired cuisine.
As a result of his pre opening experience in the hospitality industry, Rathore effectively relates to other entrepreneur and pro-founds in understanding their passion, desire and the thrill of owning a hospitality business. Consequently, he also understands the critical complexities that come along into making any project a successful business entity.
